New sign-in email
What the New sign-in email looks like, what to do if it was you, and what to do if it wasn't.
What the email looks like
After your account is signed in to on a phone, computer or browser it hasn't used before, the portal may send you an email. The subject is New sign-in to your PBCN Member Portal account.
The email shows:
- Device: the browser and the kind of device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone.
- When: the date and time, for example Oct 26, 2026, 3:22 PM CST.
- IP address: a number that belongs to the internet connection that was used.
- A red This wasn't me button.
If it was you
You don't need to do anything. You can delete the email.
If it wasn't you
Open the email
Open the New sign-in to your PBCN Member Portal account email.
Tap This wasn't me
Tap the red This wasn't me button. If the button doesn't work, tap the link under it.
A page opens in your browser with the title This Wasn't Me. Nothing changes yet.
Tap Secure my account
Tap the red Secure my account button.
You see Check Your Email. Everyone is signed out of your account, including you.
Choose a new password
Open your email and find the new message called Reset your PBCN Member Portal password. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Tap the link in that email and choose a new password. See Forgot your password for the steps.
Sign in again
Sign in with your new password.
If you tapped This wasn't me by mistake, tap the white It was me button instead of Secure my account. It takes you back to the sign-in page and changes nothing.
Never share your password or sign-in codes with anyone. If you think someone else used your account, contact your band office.
If you see Link Not Available
The page shows Link Not Available when the link can't be used any more. Read the message on the page:
| Message starts with | What to do |
|---|---|
| This link was already used. | Check your email for the Reset your PBCN Member Portal password message and choose a new password. |
| This link has expired. | On the sign-in page, tap Forgot Password to choose a new password. See Forgot your password. |
| This link isn't valid. | Make sure you opened the whole link from the email. |
If you still need help, contact your band office.
See where you are signed in
You can see every phone and computer that is signed in to your account, and sign them out. See Security settings.
